In May 1980, for my 13th birthday, I bought McCartney II and discovered Paul had recorded it all himself – at home, playing and producing everything. That idea stuck with me: music could be built start to finish in your own space.

Left Write Music is my way of carrying that forward. Every track here is written, played, and produced by me – with a handful of guitars (Gretsch, Martin, Epiphone, National, and a Stingray bass), a Casio keyboard, Alesis drums, a Shure SM57, and recorded on Studio One Pro.

I make music because I love it. Sharing it here is my way of putting it into the world and maybe finding connection through sound.

As Rick Rubin says: “When you make something truly for yourself, you’re doing the best thing you possibly can for the audience.”

Thanks for listening! I hope something here touches your heart.
